At TinyClub, we believe everyone deserves a safe, respectful environment. While TinyClub is not designed for use by children under 13, we uphold strong child safety standards and maintain policies and practices aligned with global expectations, including Google Play’s CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) requirements.

1. Policy Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

TinyClub has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative content. We prohibit and actively remove:

  • Any images, videos, or text that depict, promote, or encourage CSAE or grooming behavior

  • Content that sexualizes minors

  • Any material or behavior intended to exploit children in any way

We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.

2. Reporting Mechanisms

We provide a clear, accessible way for users to report safety concerns:

All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We prioritize and escalate potential CSAE reports immediately and work with relevant authorities when needed.

3. Compliance With Applicable Laws

TinyClub complies with all relevant child protection and digital safety laws, including:

  • U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

  • International standards such as GDPR-K and Australian Online Safety Act, where applicable

  • Google Play’s Developer Program Policy and CSAE standards

4. Platform Moderation and Prevention

We implement the following to reduce risks and promote safety:

  • Age gating at signup: Users must be 13 or older to create an account

  • Host moderation tools: Club creators can remove posts, mute members, and report violations

  • Proactive detection systems to identify prohibited media and behavior patterns

  • Manual review of flagged content by trained moderators

5. Dedicated Child Safety Contact

To ensure accountability and oversight, TinyClub designates a point of contact for child safety concerns:
