Welcome to the TinyClub Community

TinyClub is built on shared interests and meaningful connections. We’re committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where all members can connect, share, and learn together.

Each club on our platform can establish its own specific rules, and club founders (“hosts”) have the discretion to enforce these club-specific guidelines. However, the following Community Guidelines apply to everyone using TinyClub, regardless of which clubs you join or create.

Core Principles

Kind and Respectful Communication
  • Treat all members with empathy and consideration

  • Be courteous in all interactions

  • Interpret others’ words generously

  • Offer help and encouragement

  • Extend online kindness, empathy, and respect

Positive Engagement
  • Represent yourself genuinely

  • Contribute to creating a welcoming space for everyone

  • Bring positive energy to discussions

  • Use appropriate humor when engaging in casual conversation

  • Protect your personal information and respect the privacy of others

Meaningful Contributions
  • Share relevant content, expertise, and personal experiences

  • Focus on facts to enhance understanding

  • Build on others’ ideas using a “Yes, and…” approach

  • Stay on topic and review previous comments before contributing

  • Edit thoughtfully before posting to ensure clarity and relevance

Prohibited Behaviors

The following behaviors are not permitted on TinyClub and may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension:

Hate Speech and Discrimination

We do not allow content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, body type, or any other personal characteristic.

Harassment and Abuse
  • No harassment, bullying, ridiculing, shaming, or personal attacks

  • No threats of any kind

  • No solicitation of others’ personal information

  • No coordinated harassment campaigns against individuals or groups

Privacy and Safety
  • No sharing someone else’s personal information without consent (doxxing)

  • No sharing explicit or sexual content of people without their consent

  • No creating fake accounts or impersonating others

Inappropriate Content
  • No profanity, obscene, or inflammatory language

  • No explicit sexual content, nudity, or adult content

  • No spam, scams, or repetitive posting

  • No content promoting illegal activities or substances

Platform Security and Integrity
  • No security exploits or attempts to compromise site security

  • No distributing malware or interfering with our technology

  • No deliberate disruption or off-topic baiting to derail conversations

  • No changing the purpose of a group or event with intent to mislead members

Exploitation of Minors

We have zero tolerance for:

  • Child exploitation content of any kind

  • Solicitation of sexual acts from minors

  • Child abuse or injury content

  • Any real or digitally altered imagery of minors in inappropriate settings

Violations will be reported to law enforcement and result in immediate, permanent account termination.

Moderation Actions

Our moderation team may take the following actions to maintain community standards:

  1. Content Removal: Posts violating our guidelines will be removed

  2. Warnings: First-time or minor violations typically result in a warning

  3. Temporary Restrictions: Repeated violations may result in temporary posting limitations

  4. Account Suspension: Severe or persistent violations will lead to account suspension

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

  1. Use the report tool within the platform

  2. Provide specific details about the violation

  3. For immediate safety concerns, consider contacting local law enforcement

Appealing Moderation Decisions

If you believe a moderation decision was made in error:

  1. Review these guidelines to understand potential violations

  2. Contact moderation@tinyclub.com with your username and a brief explanation

  3. Allow 3-5  business days for our team to review your appeal

Tips for Quality Participation
  • Report violations rather than engaging with rule-breaking content

  • Protect privacy by avoiding sharing personal information

  • Take breaks if discussions become heated or frustrating

  • Remember that text can be easily misinterpreted; assume good intentions
